Intellectual property relating to our product designs:
- Ridley Gutter Brackets is continually developing new product ranges and updating our existing designs, all of which are protected under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1998.
- We invest considerably in this and as a result we value our intellectual property and take all necessary steps to protect it, including making full use of both registered and unregistered rights.
